Q: How am I billed for using Everyday Chef on my mobile phone?

A monthly recurring charge of $3.99 will be added to your wireless bill. You can cancel this anytime by contacting customer service for your carrier. Smartphone users are charged a one-time fee of $19.95.

Q: I have sent a text message with the keyword for my carrier and have sent it to 51945, but I have not received the text message to confirm my order. What can I do?

In certain cases, the link may take several minutes to arrive, and depends on the traffic on the carrier networks. This is out of our control and we suggest you be patient, your message will arrive. To ensure that your phone can receive text messages, we suggest you check the "Message settings" of your phone. We also suggest you verify that your inbox has not reached its maximum capacity for messages.

Q: I have text messaging, but still cannot find your text message. Where should I look?

The download link (URL) is within the body of a message that we sent to your mobile phone. Since this may vary from phone to phone, we suggest you check your text or WAP Push Inbox, ("Service Inbox"), "Funbox", "Browser Message Inbox", or your "Push Inbox".

Q: I got your text message with the download link, but I don't seem to be able to access the Internet?

It is possible that your wireless network is unavailable or WAP is not activated on your handset. We recommend that you try again when the service is available or contact your carrier to enable WAP on your phone.

Q: Am I billed only after I download the application?

Yes, you will never be billed if an item is not downloaded.

Q: If I decide I no longer want Everyday Chef after I’ve downloaded it, can I get my money back?

Unfortunately, once an item is downloaded, it is automatically billed, and there is no way for us to reverse the charges of items billed on your wireless bill. But you can prevent further monthly charges by contacting your carrier.

Q: I haven't received my download. What is the problem?

Please make sure that WAP Push is enabled on your cell phone. Depending on the make of your phone, you need to set the WAP Push setting to "On", "Allow all", "Always", or "Receive all".

Here are some hints on where to locate this setting:
